dr Leszek Czarnecki

President of the Supervisory Board

Graduate of Wrocław University of Technology, Ph.D. of economics at Wrocław University of Economics. He started his business activity in 1986 by setting up Przedsiębiorstwo Techniki Alpinistyczno-Nurkowej TAN S.A. He was the founder and the main shareholder of European Leasing Found S.A. – established in 1991 the first and the biggest leasing company in Poland. In 1998 Leszek Czarnecki was awarded by "The Wall Street Journal" "The best CEO in Central Europe” award for being one of ten best mangers in Central Europe. In the same year he won international competition "Young Business Achiever" in Beijing.

In April 2004, "The Financial Times" listed Leszek Czarnecki among 25 emerging stars of European business which will soon set the direction of the financial markets development. He is the only Pole who has been included on the prestigious “FT” list. In November 2004, Leszek Czarnecki was listed among the four persons awarded by INSEAD – one of the best business universities in Europe and French Ministry of Finance - "Entrepreneur of the Year from Eastern Europe". In September 2005 Leszek Czarnecki received prestigious Lesław A. Paga Award for achievements and personal contribution towards development of financial services in Poland. In 2005, 2006 and 2007 he was chosen Gracz Roku (Player of the year) in ranking created by Polish edition of Forbes magazine.

Remigiusz Baliński

Vice-president of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of Medical University in Wrocław, Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu in Nowy Sącz and National Louis University Chicago (MBA). Since 1996 he has been the President of the Management Board of RB Investcom sp. z o.o. in Wrocław.

Due to his long-term cooperation with capital market institutions, Remigiusz has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of their operation, their approach towards the client and increase of shares on the market. He is also an expert in financial matters of enterprises and legal regulations, system and customs of capital market in Poland. He is experienced in managing collective teams of specialized lawyers, training and motivating them.

Between 1993-1994, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Gliwicki Bank Handlowy. Then he worked as a consultant of President of Management Board of European Leasing Fund, and in 2001 he became Vice President of its Supervisory Board. From 1997 until 2001 he was the President of the Management Board of Efi sp. z o.o. (company included in EFL Capital Group), and between 2001-2002 consultant and independent proxy of Efi sp. z o.o.

Marek Grzegorzewicz

Member of the Supervisory Board

Entrepreneur, investor in energy sector. A graduate of Wrocław University of Technology and Henley Management College – MBA studies. He completed postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics. He completed training and state exam for Member of the Supervisory Boards in companies with share of National Treasury and number of training in the field of HR management, company’s property management and creating own strategic scenarios identification and creating strategic ability of organization.

Between 1993–1994, he was a General Director as undersecretary of state in Ministry of Trade and Industry. From 1994 until 2001, he worked at Cadbury Poland S.A. - until 1998 as Managing Director, and then as Managing Director for Central Europe. Between 2002-2003 he was employed in LC Corp and Getin SP S.A. – in both companies at the position of President of the Management Board. Between 2005-2006, he worked as President of the Management Board in Tele Video Media Sp. z o.o., and from 2006 until 2008 he was employed as Director for Strategy, Development and Sales Fortum Heat Poland Sp. z o.o.

He runs his own enterprise KMC Marek Grzegorzewicz which specializes in strategic consultancy, and in transactions connected with mergers and takeovers. Since 2000 he has held the position of honorary consul of United Kingdom in Wrocław.

Jakub Malski

Member of the Supervisory Board

Legal advisor, who completed law the University of Wrocław and Postgraduate studies at Wrocław University of Technology in management.

In the 1990's he was at the managing post in Dolnośląski Bank Gospodarczy, Bank Cukrownictwa “Cukrobank” and Polbank. From 1995 until 2004 - a vice President of the Management Board of European Leasing Fund, and since 2004 until 2010 - avice President of Getin Bank. Between 2010 – 2012 vice President of Idea Bank. He was also a Member of the Supervisory Boards of Getin Holding companies.

Krzysztof Bielecki

Member of the Supervisory Board

Senior manager with more than 20 years of experience in managing Polish and international organizations on the financial services markets. He was successful in strategic management in holding and matrix structures in commercial bank.

He completed studies at the Wrocław University of Technology with Master of Science in mechanic and electric major. Then he graduated from Postgraduate International Trade Studies at Wrocław University of Economics. He is also a graduate of MBA studies at Rotterdam School of Management.

Between 1994 and 1997, he worked for Dolnośląski Dom Maklerski as a co-founder and the President of one of the first private brokerage houses in Poland. Between 1997 – 2012, he worked at ING Group, where from 2006 until 2012 he was Managing Director and Member of the Management Member of the Board of Directors of ING Top 200, Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Boards of companies in the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Romania and Turkey.

Since 2012 he has been running his own business activity – he advises in the field of management and financing investment projects.

Artur Gabor

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of Law and Administration Faculty at University of Warsaw and Economics Faculty at University College London. He also completed a number of courses in the field of enterprise management, international accounting standards Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.

Between 1994–1998 he was Managing Director of Credit Lyonnais for Poland, then until 2004 he was working for General Electric Capital as Mergers and Acquisition Director for Central Europe and Russia. Between 2004 – 2005, he worked for Getin Holding as President of the Supervisory Board of Getin Bank and Member of Supervisory Board of Getin Holding. Between 2004 – 2013 he was a Member of Supervisory Boards of such companies as, among others, Energomontaż Północ, Polmos Lublin, and Energopol Katowice.

Since 2002 he has been a Member of Permanent Advisory Committee of American Chamber of Commerce and Member of Independent Members of Supervisory Boards Corp in Polish Institute of Directors (since 2006). He is also a partner in Gabor i Gabor, investment and economic advisory partnership.

Izabela Lubczyńska

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of University of Wrocław, which she completed with master of Polish studies degree. She also completed management at the Faculty of Management, IT Studies and Finances at the Wrocław University of Economics. A graduate of MBA studies, post-graduate studies in the field of financial analysis and results management as well as Ph.D. studies at the Faculty of Management, IT Studies and Finances at the Wrocław University of Economics.

From 2004 involved in Getin Holding – at first as a Manager of Management Office, and in 2007 – 2012 as Manager of Supervisory Board’s Office. Between 2013–2014 she was Managing Director of Internal Audit and Monitoring of Capital Group and since 2014 she has been a Member of Getin Holding Management Board.
